Аннотация

В этой статье рассказывается об экономике совместного проживания на примере Airbnb, компании, веб-сайт которой разрешает обычным людям сдавать свои дома в аренду в качестве жилья для туристов. Представлен обзор феномена совместного использования – явления, явившегося следствием мирового финансового кризиса, начавшегося в конце 2000-х гг. Изучены антецеденты и последствия краткосрочной аренды жилья через Airbnb. Рост спроса на данный сектор рассматривается через призму теории подрывных инноваций, которая описывает, как продукты, которые традиционно не востребованы, но предлагающие альтернативные преимущества, могут со временем преобразовать рынок и привлечь основных потребителей. Это привлечение клиентов обычно дополняется воздействием средств массовой информации и тем фактом, что существующие лидеры рынка не могут игнорировать присутствие инновационных бизнес-моделей, что означает подрыв старых бизнес проектов. Цифровые инновации меняют технологический ландшафт, предпринимательскую практику, а также поведение, отношение и убеждения потребителей во всем мире. Экономика совместного использования предлагает новый подход к разработке и предоставлению продуктов и услуг, который направлен на предотвращение потерь ресурсов, повышение эффективности и поддержку изменений. Так же в исследовании анализируется влияние коронавирусной инфекции на сектор совместного проживания.
